Welcome to HOMEC. These terms and conditions outline the basic rules for the use of our App. HOMEC is owned and operated by Rhythmcs, LLC.

By downloading and using HOMEC, you agree to these terms and conditions as well as Apple's App Store terms of service, which govern your purchase and use of all applications from the App Store.

2. Apple App Store Terms

As HOMEC is distributed through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms of service. These terms include:

• The license to use the app is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services for the app
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the app
• In the event of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, Apple will not be responsible

3. Intellectual Property

HOMEC, including its code, design, functionality, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rhythmcs, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or redistribute the app to any third party

4. Privacy and Data

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, HOMEC operates zero servers and collects no user data. All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device or, if you choose to enable it, in your personal iCloud account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

HOMEC is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rhythmcs, LLC, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
