1. Our Zero-Data Approach

HOMEC is designed with absolute privacy as its foundation. We operate zero servers, which means:

• All your data is stored locally on your device
• We have no ability to access, view, or collect your information
• We do not track your usage, behavior, or interactions with the app
• We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or other tracking technologies
• We do not have user accounts, logins, or any server-side user identification

The only information "collected" about you is what Apple collects as part of the App Store purchase process, which is handled entirely by Apple and not shared with us beyond basic aggregated sales information.

2. Optional Permissions

HOMEC may request the following optional permissions, which you can decline without affecting core functionality:

• Notifications: If you opt in to notifications, these are processed entirely on your device. We do not use push notifications that would require server infrastructure.
• Location: Used ONLY for the weather widget on the homes pages and ONLY uses the zip code tied to your home. No actual location data is gathered by us. This permission is completely optional.

3. iCloud Backup

If you choose to use the optional iCloud backup feature:

• Your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account
• This backup is fully administered by Apple, not by us
• We have no access to your iCloud data
• This feature is completely optional and can be disabled at any time

4. What Data We Store On Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Home information (addresses, notes, etc.) that you enter
• Bill details and payment history that you enter
• App preferences and settings
• Any other information you choose to enter into the app

Important: All of this information remains on your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

HOMEC does not integrate with any third-party services except:

• Apple's iCloud for the optional backup feature (administered by Apple)
• Weather data APIs (if you enable the weather widget, using only zip code information)

We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or other tracking technologies.

6. Children's Privacy

HOMEC does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
